ON TARGET TWO
IDAHO PITA NEWSLETTER
ISSUE #23.

Well, fall is just around the corner but we still have plenty of summer shooting news to report.

We’ll give you the Idaho winners from the Grand Pacific at Evergreen the last week in July and the results of the final summer Multiplex shoot as well as the shoot results for the Gun Shoot in Pocatello and the Ontario Snake River Sportsman’s shoot.  The weather was very nice for all of the Idaho PITA shooting in August.

Grand Pacific – Evergreen Gun Club in Washington.

Idaho attendance was down at the Grand and so was our Idaho win total but the weather was very nice (but warm) and several Idaho shooters brought hardware back.

Spud Storey took Vet trophies in two of the singles events with scores of 100 and 99.  Guy Olson won the Idaho trophy in the White Flyer Handicap with his 95 and Bill Scharnhorst and Mike Rinard were in the shoot-off for the Vet trophy in the handicap championship with their 91’s.  Rinard also won the Vet HAA trophy with a 377 score.
