Skeet Spring Tune Up Open — April 15th, 2023

On April 15th, the historic Boise Gun Club hosted the “Skeet Spring Tune Up Open,” a lively skeet shooting competition that attracted 14 enthusiastic shooters. Participants engaged in 5 exciting events, testing their skills and enjoying the camaraderie that the sport is known for. Blessed with beautiful weather, the event showcased the essence of friendly competition at this esteemed club, which has a rich history of hosting Skeet, Trap, and 5-Stand events.

Continental trap is more like Olympic trap. Up to six shooters will rotate posts after each shot. The birds are sped up to 55-mph rather
