This is a Steel Challenge match—eight stages of speed shooting at steel plates, timed to the hundredth of a second. It's the fastest way to get competitive without the complexity of tactical courses, and it's popular because the format rewards pure shooting speed and accuracy under pressure.
You'll shoot five runs per stage and drop your worst time, so one bad run doesn't wreck your day. Five runs per stage across eight stages keeps things moving and gives you a real shot at finding your rhythm.
