AIM Firearms Training started in 2014 with one goal: help responsible armed citizens become proficient, competent, and confident with firearms. They work with both armed professionals and civilian shooters at all skill levels.
The core teaching method is EDIP — Explain, Demonstrate, Imitate, Practice. Instructors show every drill start to finish, students imitate at 50% speed while instructors talk through key points, then practice builds speed naturally. This is performance-based training: breaking down individual steps instead of chasing end goals.
"I received such outstanding training with Martin that I cannot wait to take another class. His teaching method is very intuitive and methodical—in just a few hours I drastically improved. His emphasis on safety and efficiency gave me greater confidence." — Larry E., student
