Bay 1 is a biathlon event mixing cross-country skiing or running with rifle markshooting—your cardio gets your heart pounding, then you settle into precision shooting while breathing hard. It's a real test of how well you shoot under fatigue.
You'll alternate between moving over the course and hitting targets at the line. Misses mean penalty laps or added time, so every shot counts when you're tired. Routt County Rifle Club is hosting this June 14th for intermediate shooters ready to prove endurance and accuracy go together.
