- •Cutting Service - Cut to your exact carbon-to-carbon length (measured to 1/16"). Includes arrow spinning to detect and correct any straightness deviations
- •Squaring - Shaft ends are squared and prepped before component installation
- •Insert/Outsert Installation - Components are surface-prepped, cleaned, and installed with either epoxy (permanent) or hot melt (reversible). Component weight sorting is included—lightest components pair with heaviest shafts for uniform arrow weights
- •Spine Index Alignment (optional) - Uses a dial indicator to locate the stiffest side of each shaft, then fletches with the cock vane aligned to that point for maximum consistency across your batch
