•Squaring - Shaft ends are squared and prepped before component installation
•Insert/Outsert Installation - Components are surface-prepped, cleaned, and installed with either epoxy (permanent) or hot melt (reversible). Component weight sorting is included—lightest components pair with heaviest shafts for uniform arrow weights
•Spine Index Alignment (optional) - Uses a dial indicator to locate the stiffest side of each shaft, then fletches with the cock vane aligned to that point for maximum consistency across your batch

PCA prioritizes straightness and consistency. During cutting, each arrow is individually spun to check straightness along its entire length. If one end is less straight than the other, that end gets cut—ensuring you receive the straightest possible arrows. Labels may not perfectly align as a result, but function comes first.
