The process is simple:

1. Buy your firearm from any online retailer or out-of-state dealer 2. Provide GLR's FFL info (Number: 8-52-037-01-5L-02190) to the seller 3. Get a call when it arrives—don't show up until they contact you 4. Pick it up after background check and waiting period

Standard transfer fee: $20 per firearm. Private party transfers (regulated firearms) also $20 for the buyer-side transfer.

• •Valid Maryland driver's license or government-issued photo ID with current address
• •For handguns and certain rifles: Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL)
• •Complete ATF Form 4473 and Maryland 77R application at the shop
• •Pass background check (they handle this)

Regulated firearms have a 7-day waiting period after the 77R application is submitted. If your background check is delayed, they wait for approval. If denied, you arrange return with the original seller—the $20 transfer fee is non-refundable since the administrative work is complete.

• •Pickup deadline: 30 days from notification. Beyond 30 days without arrangement may incur storage fees; beyond 90 days the firearm is considered abandoned and will be sold.

1. Bring in your unloaded, cased firearm 2. They inspect it and agree on fair market value 3. Professional display in the shop and customer network marketing 4. They handle all state and federal paperwork (Form 4473, background checks) 5. You get paid the final sale price minus their consignment fee
