Gunrunners has been serving the Frederick community for over three decades. Owner and operator Bob has lived and worked in Frederick his entire life and handles every customer personally. The shop occupies a second-floor space in downtown Frederick—just walk under the gate through the alley next to Beans and Bagels on East Patrick Street.

Gunrunners handles the full range of gun shop services:

• •Transfers – Both walk-in and online sales transfers. They require you contact them before any online purchase to confirm legality under Maryland law
• •Consignments – They'll evaluate your item and set a fair price
• •Special Orders – Not in stock? They can order it (50% deposit required, all sales final)
• •Gunsmithing – Trigger jobs, sight installations, scope mounting, bore-sighting, and custom work

You'll normally find firearms from Glock, Smith & Wesson, Colt, Sig Sauer, Walther, Beretta, Ruger, Winchester, Mossberg, and Remington. They also stock Hoppe's supplies and carry used and consigned firearms, so inventory changes frequently.

They stock based on consumer demand, which means what's on hand reflects what Frederick shooters actually want.
