ll Join us for this break through course taught by three active members of the shotgun community, and best friends, joining forces to deliver a content rich shotgun training experience for everyone! Zach Cox of Train With Zach, Adam Roth the creative visionary and founder of Aridus Industries, and Jonathan Willis of Gunset Training Group and Tactical Defense Institute, have combined their teaching styles and individual specialties to create this one of a kind, two day training experience. ABOUT THE COURSE This two day course will “push and pull” you on your journey with shotguns. We will be working on the ins and outs of the shotgun to better prepare participants for any application, but most specifically, the home defense context. You will leave better prepared to protect your loved ones and yourself, whatever your world of work might be. Topics Covered: Shotgun Control Manipulations (loading, feeding, emergency reloads, etc) Shotgun “Applications” (Situational specific shooting techniques) Shotgun Metrics Unconventional Shooting Positions Time Skills Events 90 minute Stop The Bleed certification

WHAT TO BRING: 12 or 20 pump or semi-automatic shotgun w/ side saddle shell carrier (completely unloaded) 350 Rounds of 2 3/4 birdshot. (NO STEEL SHOT) Eye and ear protection Appropriate clothing for the weather and closed toed shoes. Pen and paper for note taking Hydration, snacks, lunches should be packed for both days to be eaten on site, any item of convenience while on range. Knee pads (May be helpful during a short block of instruction) Folding Chair PREREQUISITES: Good Attitude and Open Mind Students Must Have a Solid Understanding of Safe Gun Handling and Proper Range Etiquette ALL students must have a solid understanding of the basic operation of their chosen firearm for this course. PLEASE CONTACT ANY OF THE INSTRUCTORS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GEAR OR A GUN. WE WILL MAKE RENTALS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE THE REQUISITE EQUIPMENT. *NOTE – A $60 Range Fee will be paid at the beginning of the course.
