Defensive Pistol Shoots - First Saturday - APRIL - OCTOBER
Our program is open to RRGC members AND non-members and is only available April thru October on the first Saturday of each of those months. It is a non-competitive shooting program designed to challenge experienced shooters and those learning to shoot better. Shooters are presented with 5 real life scenarios each month where strategies of safe defensive and accurate shooting are paramount. We use cardboard and steel targets along with stationary and moving targets in our scenarios. Each shooter goes through the scenario individually with a trained Range Officer following closely to ensure safety at all times. Upon shooting the shooter has the opportunity to see their hits on each target. Instruction and discussion takes place concerning the best way to shoot each scenario. Open to the public: Fee: $10.00 per shooter/session
