Cards deactivate January 1 if 2026 dues aren't paid; postmark deadline is January 31 to avoid losing membership status.
Access to recreational pursuits (fishing, shooting, etc.) is closed during monthly workdays until completion (could extend to 2 PM) since workday tasks have priority.
The chapter participates in Earth Day events (2025 Old Mill Park demonstration) showcasing Save Our Streams and Apiary projects. Members received recognition in Outdoor America magazine Issue 3, 2025: Treasurer Ralph Kinch Jr. (Conservation Award), member Art Foltz (Save Our Streams Award).

Submit a Premises Use Agreement (available on the Facilities webpage) 45 days in advance for organized group events. Members should update their postal mail and email addresses with Jim Lloyd ([email protected], remove spaces) to stay informed about dues invoices and announcements.
Driving on chapter grounds after rain or snow can damage grass and soil—stay on designated roadways and obey the 10 mph speed limit. Members are responsible for remediating any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
