There's no paid range officer—safety is a shared responsibility. Members sign a membership agreement and release form, then must follow posted NRA safety rules and RSA range rules at all times. Members supervising guests are responsible for ensuring compliance.
The club hosts regional rifle competitions including NRA-approved service rifle matches in July and August. The broader Okanogan Valley shooting community also uses RSA facilities for silhouette matches and CMP rimfire competitions.
Founded on principles of sportsmanship, wildlife conservation, and marksmanship education—the RSA has been doing exactly that for over seven decades.
Officers: - Mike Duggan, President - Kyle (KC) Nelson, Secretary/Treasurer
