Centralia Rifle Club and Junior Division in Arlington, Washington hosts Action Shooting International (ASI) events. ASI is a handgun shooting community designed by people with 20+ years in semi-pro competitive shooting who wanted to create something that works for average gun owners—not elite competitors.

Unlike IDPA or USPSA, ASI prioritizes the social and learning aspects. You're competing against the course, not fighting for every point. Think bowling league, not professional tournament.

Each match features multiple "stages"—shooting scenarios that focus on specific skills:

Late Registration & Wait List: PractiScore handles squad assignments. No movement between squads once the match starts.

You need minimal equipment:

• •Semi-auto or revolver handgun (.22 or larger)
• •One spare magazine or speed loader
• •Approximately 100 rounds of ammunition
• •Gun case or range bag for transport
• •Holster (optional - most shooters start each stage with the gun on a table or ground position)
