Integrated Tactical Systems combines firearms training and martial arts instruction under one roof in Green Bay. Their motto says it all: "Stop Thinking, Start Doing." The team includes former patrol sergeants, field training officers, and instructors certified by Wisconsin DOJ LESB with 25-30+ years of law enforcement experience.
Handgun 101 (16 hours) Covers semi-auto pistol fundamentals: safety rules, weapon nomenclature, field stripping and cleaning, iron sights vs optics, grip mechanics, drawing and re-holstering, loading/unloading/reloading, malfunction clearing, and gear selection (belts, holsters, magazine pouches, ammunition). Includes the Wisconsin CCW course.
Handgun 102 (16 hours) Builds on 101 with shooting positions (standing, kneeling, prone, seated), movement (forward, backward, lateral, pivots), engaging multiple targets, shooting from cover, low-light shooting, one-handed shooting, and white light use (handheld and weapon-mounted).
Rifle 101 (16 hours) AR-15 and pistol caliber carbine (9mm, .40, .45 ACP) training: nomenclature, maintenance, zeroing, different sighting systems, shooting positions, movement, weapon transitions, and malfunction clearing. Acceptable platforms include standard 5.56/.223 AR-15s.
Interior Movement (8 hours) Structure movement and building clearing using tactical footwork and techniques, combining previous handgun and rifle skills with safe weapon handling throughout.

Modern synthesis of Filipino and Southeast Asian martial arts. Training combines empty-hand techniques with weapons work to develop speed, coordination, stamina, strength, and reflexes for self-defense.
Weapons-focused training: single stick, double sticks, hand-to-hand, and knife disarms. Introduces different Eskrima styles.
Mat-based grappling with throwing, falling, submission holds, locks, and counters. Physically demanding self-defense fundamentals.
Traditional Japanese military sword curriculum. Students start with wooden bokken and progress to real swords. Ranked system through Black Belt.
