The meeting will be held at 8:30am to be followed by the Club Shoot and annual BBQ.

Boise Gun Club Board of Directors.

Brief Amendment Explanation – Article VI Section 1 states in part and paraphrasing “It (the Board) shall approve all expenditures, other than the purchase of routine supplies not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100) per calendar month.”

This is very limiting amount. For one example (there are others) an HP Toner cartridge has cost the Club $239 plus tax.  We cannot always predict when an ink cartridge needs to be replaced.  The Board recommends that Article VI Section 1 be amended to increase the amount to Five Hundred Dollars ($500).

The Boise Gun Club Bylaws are posted on the bulletin board in the Club House for your review and we will attempt to include them on the Boise Gun Club website.  Due to mail costs they will not be mailed to every Boise Gun Club member but we will provide a copy to members upon request.
