Federal Premium is an American ammunition manufacturer headquartered in Anoka, Minnesota, operating as part of Vista Outdoor Inc. Founded in 1922, Federal has evolved from a small Midwestern shotshell maker into one of the world's largest ammunition suppliers — serving hunters, law enforcement, military, and competitive shooters. Federal is a SAAMI member and operates manufacturing facilities across the United States.
