Items illegal to sell, possess, or transfer under applicable law
Stolen property
Items with altered or removed serial numbers
Unregistered NFA items (suppressors, SBRs, etc. without proper documentation)
Items the seller does not legally own
Listings that misrepresent the item or its condition

FFL Transfers

Federal law generally requires that interstate firearm transfers (between residents of different states) be completed through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Many states also require FFL transfers for in-state private sales.

If your listing involves a serialized firearm, check the Requires FFL Transfer box on the form. This helps buyers understand the transfer process.
