Core Community Values

The principles that guide everything we do

Our community is built on three non-negotiable foundations: respect for all members regardless of experience level, safety as the absolute top priority in every discussion, and strict compliance with all applicable laws. These aren't just words — they're enforced standards that keep our community productive, legal, and welcoming. Every interaction, post, and event should reflect these core values. Here's what each one means in practice.

Posting Standards

What to post, how to post, and what to avoid

Good posts build community. They share knowledge, ask genuine questions, offer helpful advice, and contribute to the firearms community. Bad posts tear community down — spam, personal attacks, misinformation, and illegal content have no place here. The difference isn't about expertise level, it's about intent and effort. A beginner asking a thoughtful question contributes more than an expert being condescending. Here are our posting standards.

Reporting & Enforcement

How we handle violations and maintain community standards

Community moderation works when everyone participates. If you see content that violates guidelines, report it using the report button or contact us directly. Our volunteer moderators are experienced community members who understand the community and enforce rules fairly. Most violations are honest mistakes that get resolved with friendly reminders. Serious or repeated violations result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. Here's how reporting and enforcement work.
