JRPC Steel Plate Match is a Steel Challenge competition—eight standardized stages of fast-paced plate shooting that test speed and accuracy under time pressure. This format is the standard entry into competitive shooting and shows you exactly where you stand against others shooting the same course.
You'll run five attempts at each stage; your worst time gets dropped. The eight stages stay consistent across competitors, so your performance is directly comparable. This is the match to cut your teeth on before moving into other disciplines.
