Biathlon practice at Biathlon Range on May 5th at 4 PM. This is where you run or ski a course, stop to shoot prone and standing, and get penalized for misses—either extra laps or added time. It's brutal cardio meets precision under fatigue, and intermediate shooters should be ready for the real test: hitting targets when your heart's pounding.
The format alternates between legs and trigger time. You'll feel how hard it is to steady your breathing after a sprint and dial in a .22. This is the workout that teaches you something the range never does: how to shoot clean when your body's screaming.
