
A three-judge panel denied Virginia's attempt to consolidate GOA's gun ban challenge into a single proceeding, letting Crump v. Katz continue in Lancaster County. A preliminary injunction already blocks the Virginia State Police from enforcing the state's assault firearm and magazine bans. Attorney General Jay Jones is pushing the Virginia Supreme Court to narrow that injunction.
