AG&AG Leadership Development is a women-only introductory handgun course at Montrose Rod & Gun Club designed to build shooting fundamentals and confidence in a supportive environment. You'll work through safety, marksmanship basics, and handling under instruction from experienced shooters who understand what it's like to start from scratch.
This is a hands-on range session where you'll actually shoot, not just listen. The club often has firearms available if you don't have your own, so the barrier to showing up is low. It's a solid way to get comfortable behind a gun and meet other women in the shooting community.
