Full description and what to expect
AG&AG Leadership Development is a women-only introductory handgun course at Montrose Rod & Gun Club designed to build shooting skills and confidence in a supportive environment. You'll learn fundamentals from instructors who understand what it takes to get comfortable behind the gun.
This is a hands-on safety and marksmanship class where you'll fire live rounds and get real feedback on your technique. The club often has firearms available if you're still figuring out what works for you, so you can focus on learning rather than gear shopping.
