Bonner County Sportsmen NRA Day - Youth Day at the Range

Bonner County Sportsmen and the NRA are hosting a dedicated youth day at the range in Sandpoint, combining instruction with hands-on shooting experience. This training event introduces young shooters to proper firearm handling, safety protocols, and basic marksmanship skills in a structured, supervised environment.

Young participants will receive instruction covering:

• •Proper shooting stance, grip, and sight alignment
• •Range procedures and commands
• •Live-fire practice under direct supervision

The event is organized and supervised by experienced shooters committed to developing responsible, competent youth shooters.

This event is designed for youth interested in learning marksmanship fundamentals. Previous shooting experience is not required—instructors will work with participants at their own pace.
