Club Shoot

Club Shoot is a trap and skeet event hosted at Coeur d'Alene Skeet & Trap Club, offering shooters the chance to test their shotgun skills against clay targets in a structured club setting.

Trap and skeet are two distinct clay target disciplines:

• •Trap - Shooters stand behind a line and engage clay targets launched from a single house in front of them. Targets fly away from the shooter at varying angles.
• •Skeet - A complete skeet course includes eight shooting stations arranged in a semicircle, with targets launched from two houses to create crossing presentations.

This event welcomes shotgun enthusiasts ranging from newcomers to experienced competitors. Whether you're looking to develop fundamental shooting skills, practice for larger competitions, or simply enjoy time at the range with other shooters, Club Shoot provides a casual club environment to do so.
