Practical Concealed Carry - Level 1 (CTAC 1 - Concealed Efficiency)

This 4-hour hands-on course teaches the fundamental skills needed for safe and effective concealed carry. Instructors from Treasure Valley Shooting Academy—USCCA and NRA certified—guide you through practical scenarios and techniques designed for real-world self-defense situations.

The class combines classroom instruction with live-fire drills on the range. Expect hands-on repetition of core skills, with instructor feedback throughout the day. This Level 1 course is designed as an entry point into the practical concealed carry series—ideal if you're new to carrying or want to build a solid foundation before advancing to Level 2 and Level 3 training.

This class is for anyone interested in concealed carry who wants professional instruction in the fundamentals. No prior concealed carry experience is required, but basic handgun competency is recommended. Participants should be comfortable handling a firearm and willing to practice under instructor supervision.

Held at George Nourse Range in Nampa, an outdoor facility suited for dynamic pistol training. Classes run 9:00 AM–1:00 PM on scheduled Saturdays.
