| Membership Type | Annual Fee |
|---|---|
| Individual | $100 |
| Family* | $125 |
Joining takes three steps:
1. Print and complete the membership application (available on their website) 2. Contact the Range Safety Officer at 605.760.4188 to schedule orientation 3. Meet with the RSO to review club rules and range safety guidelines before your first visit
Leave a message with the RSO if there's no answer—all volunteers may not pick up immediately, but they will call you back.
Range safety is a shared responsibility. The club enforces clear rules about gate management—lock it behind you whether arriving or leaving, unless law enforcement is on-site for emergencies. Before shooting, all members must understand and follow the Rules of the Range.
Members are encouraged to attend monthly meetings. Guests and those interested in joining are welcome.
The club maintains an event calendar showing range closings, special events, and competition dates. Always check the calendar before heading out—reserved dates mean the range won't be available.
Santa Fe Trail is an affiliated member of the United States Practical Shooting Association. The club hosts USPSA events and provides competition opportunities for members looking to test their skills in practical shooting disciplines.
