Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes how Boise Gun Collective, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles refunds and cancellations for purchases made through the Boise Gun Club platform at boisegunclub.com (the "Platform").

All purchases on the Platform are for digital services that deliver value immediately upon activation, including but not limited to directory listing upgrades, display advertising, event promotion, newsletter sponsorships, and founding partner packages. Because these services begin delivering value the moment they go live, our refund policy reflects this accordingly.

By making a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

All sales of digital services on the Platform are final once the service has been activated. Directory listings, advertising placements, event promotions, and newsletter sponsorships begin delivering impressions, clicks, and placement value immediately upon activation. Once activated, these services are non-refundable.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of any billing period.

3.1 Subscription Tiers

The Platform offers tiered directory listing subscriptions (Free, Copper, Silver, and Founding Partner) on monthly and annual billing cycles. Subscription details and pricing are available at boisegunclub.com/advertise.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your directory listing subscription at any time through your billing dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

Upon cancellation:

• Your upgraded listing remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Your listing reverts to the Free tier at the end of the billing period.
• No refunds or credits are issued for the remaining time in your billing period.

3.3 Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are issued once a billing cycle has begun. Your listing upgrade is active and delivering value (featured placement, logo display, analytics access, priority search positioning) from the moment of purchase.

Annual subscriptions: No refunds are issued once the annual term has begun. Annual pricing reflects a significant discount over monthly billing in exchange for the full-term commitment.

Founding rates and rate locks: Founding rates and lifetime rate locks are provided in exchange for early commitment. Subscriptions purchased at founding rates are non-refundable.

3.4 Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher tier to a lower tier, the change takes effect at the beginning of your next billing period. No refunds, prorated credits, or adjustments are issued for the remaining time on the higher tier.

4.1 CPM-Based Ads (Sidebar, In-Content, etc.)

Display advertising purchased on a CPM (cost per thousand impressions) basis is non-refundable once impressions have begun serving.

Before campaign launch: If no impressions have been served and the campaign has not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund.

After campaign launch: No refunds are issued for impressions already delivered. If we fail to deliver the contracted number of impressions within the agreed campaign period due to an error on our part, we will either extend the campaign at no additional cost or issue a credit toward a future campaign at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds for underdelivered impressions.

4.2 Flat-Rate Placements (Homepage Hero, etc.)

Flat-rate advertising placements (e.g., Homepage Hero Section) are billed for fixed time periods. Once the placement period has begun, no refunds are issued. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current placement period.

4.3 Ad Rejection

We reserve the right to reject any advertisement that violates our content standards or applicable law. If your ad is rejected and you are unable to provide a compliant replacement within 10 business days, you will receive a credit toward a future campaign for the unused portion. No cash refunds are issued for rejected ads.

5.1 Featured and Premium Event Listings

Event promotion packages (Featured at $49/event, Premium at $149/event) are non-refundable once the promotion has been activated on the Platform. Promotional placement begins immediately upon purchase.

5.2 Event Cancellation by Organizer

If you cancel an event that you purchased promotion for:

• More than 14 days before the event date: A credit toward a future event promotion will be issued at our discretion.
• 14 days or fewer before the event date: No refund or credit is issued.

5.3 Event Registration Refunds (Attendees)

For events that use our registration system, refund policies are set by the event organizer and displayed on the event registration page. We facilitate refund processing on behalf of the organizer but are not responsible for the organizer's refund decisions.

For events managed directly by Boise Gun Club:

• More than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus payment processing fees.
• 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
• Event cancelled by organizer: Full refund including processing fees.

Newsletter sponsorship purchases are non-refundable once the newsletter containing your sponsored content has been sent. If you cancel before the scheduled send date, you will receive a full refund.

Founding Partner packages ($299/month) include category exclusivity, premium placement, and lifetime rate locks. Due to the exclusive nature of these packages, all Founding Partner commitments are non-refundable. If you cancel your Founding Partner package, your benefits continue through the end of the current billing period, after which your category exclusivity slot becomes available to other advertisers.

One-time business verification and claim fees are non-refundable once the verification process has been initiated, regardless of whether the claim is approved or denied.

All Bitcoin transactions are final by nature. Due to the irreversible nature of Bitcoin payments:

• If a refund or credit is warranted under this Policy, you may receive it as a Platform credit at the original USD purchase value. We do not issue Bitcoin refunds.
• Platform credits can be applied toward any future purchase on the Platform and do not expire.

The Exchange is a free classified advertising feature available to registered users. There is no charge to post, manage, or remove listings on the Exchange. Because no payment is involved in posting Exchange listings, no refund applies.

The Platform does not process, facilitate, or escrow payments between Exchange buyers and sellers. All financial transactions between Exchange users occur outside the Platform and are not covered by this Refund Policy or any Platform guarantee. If you encounter a dispute with another Exchange user, you are responsible for resolving it directly with the other party.

We stand behind our platform and services. In the event of a verified service failure on our part -- such as extended platform downtime, failure to display a paid listing, or failure to serve contracted ad impressions -- we will work with you to make it right. Remedies may include extending your service period, issuing a credit toward future services, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Dissatisfaction with the amount of traffic, leads, or engagement generated by a listing or ad placement.
• Changes to your business circumstances (closure, relocation, change of ownership, etc.).
• Failure to provide required ad creative, business information, or other materials necessary for us to deliver the service.
• Suspension or removal of your listing due to violation of our Terms of Service.

We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 5 business days.

We strongly encourage you to contact us to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate suspension of your account and all associated services pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount plus any chargeback fees assessed to us by our payment processor, and your account may be permanently terminated.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and communicated to active subscribers via email. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the change.
