Great Lakes Ammunition operates their own manufacturing facility in Wixom, handling everything from brass processing to final inspection. New ownership has brought fresh focus on quality control across their pistol and rifle ammunition lines.

• •Case Processing uses a CAMDEX processor that fully resizes brass (including case base), pressure-checks for splits and cracks, swages and inspects primer pockets, and checks for foreign objects inside the case.

• •Loading runs on a CAMDEX machine capable of 4,400 rounds per hour with real-time monitoring of 10 key operations—primer seating, powder charge accuracy (±0.10 grain), and bullet seating height. Every round hits their implemented quality checkpoints.
