Pro Ears is part of Altus Brands, a portfolio company founded in 2007 to acquire and grow small manufacturers in the shooting and hunting space. What started as a three-person vision to rescue quality products from the margins has evolved into a focused operation centered on hearing protection and shooting accessories.

In 2017, owner Gary Lemanski restructured the business to focus on what matters: shooting-specific products. His son handles online sales and marketing. His wife manages operations. It's genuinely a family business—not a corporate tagline.
