New members at Del Norte Gun Club sit through a four-hour classroom session covering range rules, facility layout, and safety procedures—required before you can use the range unsupervised. This is the gatekeeping session; you won't shoot here, but you'll understand how the club operates and where you're allowed to be.

The orientation walks you through bay assignments, operating hours, and the specific safety protocols Del Norte enforces. It's straightforward indoctrination, and you need it done before you can show up alone and sling lead downrange.
