About This Program
What to expect when you show up
107 JOAD is a youth [archery](/handbook/archery) program at Dat US Archery Club that teaches young shooters fundamentals in a supervised setting. It's the entry point for kids who want real instruction in safe handling and marksmanship basics.
The program runs structured sessions focused on beginner technique. You get hands-on coaching in a controlled environment where instructors work with proper form from day one. It's built around youth engagement—not just turning kids loose, but actually teaching them to shoot right.
