Full description and what we offer
Carry Trainer teaches a two-day intensive pistol course designed around how you actually carry and live. This isn't about running drills in tactical gear if that's not your life. You bring the gun you carry, the holster you use, and the clothes you wear.
The course runs 8 AM to 4:30 PM (varies by range) and puts you through:
- •Grip and trigger manipulation - The human-to-weapon interface is everything. Different speeds demand different trigger control.
- •Draw stroke - Smooth, consistent, and safe. This gets drilled.
- •Marksmanship at distance and speed - Two totally different problems.
- •Moving and shooting - Both shooting while moving and deciding whether to move or take the shot.
- •One-handed shooting - Why it matters and when you need it.
- •Multiple targets - Transitions and decision-making.
- •Diminished positions - What happens when you're not standing in the open.
- •Reloading techniques - No single solution works for everything.
Minimum round count: 800 rounds over two days.
"Your mindset during training and in life is the greatest factor that affects your survival."
The course digs into weapon limitations—what a handgun caliber actually does and doesn't do—and the mental conversion from awareness to action. This isn't just shooting drills.

Train in what you live in. Show up in the clothes and gear you actually carry with. Don't dress like a super soldier if you live in jeans and a t-shirt.
You need basic competency: - Safe muzzle control - Finger discipline (off the trigger when not shooting) - Safe draw and re-holster from a holster
If you're not there yet, Carry Trainer's YouTube channel has "How to Shoot a Pistol" as a reference.
