Greg Brumfield, the master taxidermist and founder, won the North American Champion award at the 2012 National Taxidermy Competition—the highest honor in the Division of Excellence. He's been competing since 1996 and now serves as a taxidermy competition judge.

Bacteria begin decomposing an animal the moment it dies. Above 40°F, bacteria growth accelerates rapidly. The cape is most susceptible to spoilage and requires freezing if immediate delivery isn't possible.
