AG&AG Leadership Development is a women-only introductory handgun course at Montrose Rod & Gun Club designed to build shooting skills and confidence in a supportive environment. You'll learn fundamentals from instructors who understand what it takes to get comfortable behind the gun.
This is a hands-on session where you'll work through safety, grip, sight picture, and trigger control. The range provides a judgment-free space to ask questions and develop at your own pace. Handguns are available if you need to try before committing to your own.
