Full description and what to expect
AG&AG Leadership Development is a women-only introductory shooting event at Montrose Rod & Gun Club built around safety, comfort, and building real confidence behind a handgun. You'll learn from instructors who understand that a supportive environment matters when you're starting out.
This is hands-on instruction in a women-only setting where you can ask questions and practice without feeling rushed or watched. The club has firearms available if you want to try before committing to your own, and the whole day is structured so beginners can move at their own pace and actually understand what they're doing.
