Full description and what to expect
AG&AG Leadership Development is a women-only introductory handgun course at Montrose Rod & Gun Club designed to build shooting fundamentals and confidence in a supportive environment. New shooters learn safety, grip, sight picture, and trigger control from instructors focused on making you comfortable behind the gun.
You'll work through the basics at your own pace with handguns available to try, so you're not locked into one platform while learning. This is about getting competent and building the foundation to shoot on your terms.
