Full description and what to expect
This is a women-only introductory handgun course at Montrose Rod & Gun Club designed to build shooting fundamentals and confidence in a supportive environment. You'll learn safe gun handling, aiming basics, and trigger control from instructors who understand that comfort matters when you're starting out.
The course walks you through safety protocols and gives you time behind the gun with real feedback. If you don't own a handgun yet, the range typically has firearms available to try, so you can figure out what fits your hand before making any purchases.
