Full description and what we offer
Advanced Extreme Powder Coatings, established in 2024, operates in Hialeah at the heart of Miami's yachting and boating industry. They're the only shop in the area using their proprietary Extreme Method — a coating system originally developed and tested in harsh marine environments, then adapted for automotive and motorcycle industries.
They service US Government vessels and handle production runs from 100 to 10,000+ items. Whatever fits in their ovens gets coated.
Powder coating uses an electrostatic spray gun to apply powder to a grounded part. The charged particles cling to the metal, then the item bakes in an oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes. Once cool, it's ready to ship.
Why powder beats wet paint: - No VOCs (eco-friendly, safe for ozone and water) - Stronger and more durable than paint - Won't chip or scratch like paint does - More resistant to chemicals, cleaners, and race fuel - Cost-effective compared to traditional painting
Their coatings are thicker and harder than conventional powder coats — customers mention noticing the difference immediately.
They only use high-quality virgin powders from: - Tiger Drylac - TCI - PPG - Sherwin Williams - Their own Extreme Brand Technology Powder
They stock many RAL colors and can order specific colors for your project.

Advanced Extreme Ceramic Coatings are designed for high-heat components: - Exhaust headers - Side pipes - Manifolds - Intakes - Mufflers - Turbo housings
Applied to internal and external surfaces, ceramic coatings boost horsepower, protect surrounding engine components from heat, and extend component life. They include a lifetime guarantee. Even rusted, pitted parts can be coated — their process prepares them and adheres to the surface profile.
Florida's riding conditions and weather damage motorcycles. Powder coating preserves and protects. They coat: - Frames - Rims - Engine parts - Fenders - Levers - Foot pegs - Tanks - Handle bars - All metal parts
