Full description and what we offer
Foxy's Taxidermy operates out of Silver Springs, Florida and handles complete taxidermy services including tanning, fur rugs, natural dioramas, and artificial water effects (splashes, ice, snow). Owner Foxy Davis specializes in North American and African mammals, small animals, birds, fish, alligators, crocodiles, and exotic species from around the world.
Foxy's work focuses heavily on large predators and trophy mounts. Their portfolio includes lions, tigers, bears, and other big cats. All large mammal mounts are quoted individually based on animal size, custom poses, bases, and habitat complexity.
Turnaround Time: 6 to 8 months for standard mounts. Larger or heavily customized pieces take longer.
Beyond taxidermy, Foxy guides Osceola turkey hunts on public and private land. With a 30-year track record and 202 long beards harvested through 2012 (186 kills, 16 misses fair chase), Foxy earned the nickname "Turkeysaurus Rex" from repeat clients.
