Full description and what to expect
This is a vintage military rifle match where you shoot surplus or reproduction rifles from specific historical eras—think M1 Garand, 1903 Springfield, Enfield, or Mauser. It's organized by the Civilian Marksmanship Program and runs December 5th at Port Malabar R&P Club in Palm Bay. If you want to test how these rifles actually perform and compete against shooters doing the same, this is it.
The match is structured around era-specific rules for whatever rifle you bring. You're shooting at distance with a rifle that has real history, not paper specs. It's intermediate-level—not a beginner walk-on, but you don't need to be a champion either. Expect traditional rifle marksmanship with vintage iron or glass.
