  • John Lemont, General Manager and Lead Instructor, brings serious credentials: former Army officer, Rhode Island State Police Command Staff member, practicing attorney, head guide at an exclusive hunting lodge in Patagonia, and certified bird dog trainer through Ronnie Smith Kennels. He's NSCA certified and teaches both group and private lessons.

Members book through the app under Tee Times > Course > Sporting Clays. Current availability runs Wednesday through Sunday at 8 AM or 1 PM for groups up to four people.

Targets (100 clays)$12.50
Ammunition (4 boxes/100 shells)$12.50

Trapper/guide services and mule fees apply separately. Additional targets run $0.12 per clay; additional ammo $3 per box.

Check in at the Shark's Tooth Clubhouse near the golf shop. From there, staff escorts you roughly 1.5 miles via Mule to the course on Side Camp Road. No experience necessary—just sufficient upper body strength and maturity to handle a shotgun (generally ages 14+). Bring sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses; closed-toe shoes required.

Shooters describe the experience as "exhilarating"—challenging yourself against dynamic targets that mimic game bird flight, surrounded by Florida's natural beauty.
