Construction Materials — Soil-cement mix design, bank draw reviews, code compliance testing (rebound hammer, Windsor probe, magnetic particle, liquid dye penetrant), tilt-up construction support, and geotextile testing.
Environmental Services — Phase I and II ESA, brownfields redevelopment, PFAS assessment, vapor intrusion evaluation, asbestos and lead surveys, mold assessments, remedial investigations, and NPDES/RCRA compliance.
Facilities — Property condition assessments, structural engineering, ADA compliance surveys, pavement management, building enclosure commissioning, roofing design, and parking structure assessments.
"We are always engaged and trying to find the next best way to service our clients, so that we could tackle bigger and more challenging projects." — Kelly Clawson, PE, LEED AP, Principal Engineer
ECS also operates specialized services including: - Materials Science Lab - Water Solutions Services - Multichannel Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) - Unmanned Aircraft System Services - Nondestructive Evaluation - Disaster Response and Recovery support
