Full description and what we offer
Juniper Mountain Ranch operates on a family sheep ranch that's been running for six generations in eastern Idaho. They added elk and bison hunting in 2001, converting part of their operation to provide guaranteed hunting experiences.
The ranch runs private land hunts that don't require hunting licenses or tags. All hunts come with a harvest guarantee - you will get your animal. Their elk operation covers 12,000 acres under high fence, while their sheep ranch spans over 450,000 acres of mixed forest, BLM, state and private land.

"The hunting was beyond my expectations! Our guide John made it a once-in-a-lifetime experience." - Denton & Lily Garo
The ranch sits in eastern Idaho with the Teton Peaks, Centennial Mountains, and Sawtooth Mountains as backdrops. Hunters arrive mid-afternoon on the first day and spend three days on the property.
The ranch still runs 8,000 head of sheep as their primary operation, with hunting as a diversification that helps support the family ranch.
The ranch recently dealt with a fire on their cow elk range, leading to special pricing on available hunts. They continue to offer dates throughout their season for all three animal types, with guides providing full service from hunt to trophy care.
