Unknown Suppressors manufactures suppressors from Grade 23 titanium using single-piece 3D printing technology. This approach eliminates welds and weak points while enabling internal geometries that shape gas flow and tone.
Hearing-safe sound levels matter, but quality matters more. Their baffle stacks and expansion chambers are tuned for a pleasant, hollow tone—not just raw decibel reduction. Each suppressor uses over-the-barrel (OTB) or HUB-mount geometry that puts roughly 4" around the barrel and 4" in front, preserving rifle handling while changing sound signature in a way that plays nicer with ears and animals.

Reaper Specs: 127 dBA, 3D-printed Grade 23 titanium, .30 caliber bore with 6.5mm endcap available. Keep under 800°F. No barrel restrictions for standard boltface; SA magnums need ~16", LA magnums ~20".
The product roadmap includes several new models:
- •OG Six-Five (released Sept 2025): 7.5 ounces, 130 dB, optimized weight for 6.5mm restrictions
- •NHS (Nov 2025): Patent-pending muzzle brake integrated into 3D-printed titanium, available in 6.5mm and .30 cal

If you're an Idaho resident, you can purchase suppressors directly off the shelf and handle all NFA paperwork on-site. Unknown Suppressors has a kiosk for:

Unknown Suppressors accepts transfers of any kind:
Transfer Fees: - Regular 4473 transfer (rifle or pistol): $25 - NFA item transfer (suppressors): $100
What to send: Include your name and complete contact information (email AND phone) in the package. Out-of-state buyers should use the Silencer Shop Dealer Locator to find an SOT near them, then complete purchases online for shipment.

Suppressors are legal to own in 42 states and legal to hunt with in 41 states. Buyers must be 21+ and pass a background check. For specific state legality, check the FAQs on their website.
Keep suppressors under 800°F at all times. Reaper has no barrel length restrictions for standard boltface cartridges, but Short Action Magnums need ~16" minimum, and Long Action Magnums or 300 Norma require ~20".
