Cowboy SASS Match at Cookhouse

This is a SASS cowboy action match where you shoot timed stages with single-action revolvers, lever rifles, and shotguns while dressed in Old West gear under an alias. It's the closest thing to actually competing like a frontier gunfighter—each stage puts you in a scenario that plays out the era, not just paper targets downrange.

You'll move through multiple stages at Cookhouse on January 23rd starting at 9 a.m., engaging targets in sequence against the clock. Your time and accuracy both count. The costume and alias are part of the sport, not window dressing—SASS competitors take the character seriously. This draws shooters who want accuracy and speed in a format that actually feels like something instead of plinking.
