A local high school has used the club's trap facilities for its trap team, and the club holds a rifle shoot open to members. Access to the ranges is limited to members and their guests, though scheduled club events are open to the public.
Alongside its shooting facilities, the club maintains habitat for local wildlife and works to restore and preserve the surrounding land.
