Linn County Pistol Club

Linn County Pistol Club is a competitive pistol shooting organization serving northeast Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with sanctioned matches and tournaments throughout the year.

Linn County Pistol Club (LCPC) is dedicated to promoting marksmanship and competitive pistol shooting in central Iowa. The club hosts NRA-sanctioned and CMP-registered competitions, welcoming shooters of all skill levels to participate in organized matches and championships.

The club operates two distinct seasonal programs:

• •Indoor Season (Fall/Winter/Spring) - NRA 1800 Indoor Pistol Tournaments held at Izaak Walton League in Cedar Rapids
• •Outdoor Season (Spring/Summer/Fall) - NRA 2700 Outdoor Pistol Tournaments and CMP State Championships at Matsell Bridge Shooting Range in Central City

Indoor Matches (2025-26): - Monthly tournaments on February 8, March 8, and April 19 - March 22 Sectional Championship - Two relays daily at 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM

Outdoor Matches (2026): - Regular club matches and NRA-approved tournaments - CMP Registered State Championship (August 15-16) - Single relay start at 9:00 AM
