Arrow uses American-made materials from Earth Contact Products (ECP), based in Olathe, KS. They're an ECP-certified installer, which means access to high-quality drainage systems and waterproofing products designed for Kansas soil and climate conditions. The company backs their piering work with a 25-year warranty.
Customers start with either a virtual inspection or on-site consultation. From there:
1. Initial assessment and honest appraisal of what needs fixing (and what doesn't) 2. Clear pricing with no pressure to commit on the spot 3. Engineering consultation if needed—piering plans are reviewed by structural engineers 4. Work scheduled on your timeline 5. Professional crew handles the job and cleans up completely when done
Small team approach: With an in-house team of three, you're working with people who know your project personally, not a rotating crew.
"Cody was prompt and answered all of my 500 questions about both the issue and the fix. He showed me what he was doing and why, and there was no rush to make a commitment on the spot. The crew arrived on time and left the place where they were working cleaner than how they found it." — Cindy Sullivan
"Arrow Foundation did a great job of assessing my situation and proposing a fix. They didn't try to sell us on extra work and gave us a very reasonable bid. The foundation work was completed within 2 weeks of signing the contract." — Sarah Price
"Arrow's crew cut out a section of my basement foundation to accommodate new bathroom plumbing in the basement. They then poured the concrete back over the new plumbing. It looks better than it did before the work!" — Robert Freeman

Foundation problems aren't cosmetic. Water in basements leads to structural damage, mold, and erosion. Poor drainage around your house accelerates foundation failure. Arrow treats these issues seriously, uses engineered solutions, and backs their work with actual guarantees. Owner Cody Kandt personally evaluates projects and communicates directly with customers about what needs doing and why.
