Parsons Gun Club is a premier shooting facility established in March 2016, situated on seven acres of well-maintained land on the northwest edge of Parsons, Kansas. As a member-supported club, it serves over 200 active shooters of all skill levels with diverse shooting interests.
The club features four distinct shooting bays, each separated by 9-foot berms for safety and noise management. The facility is anchored by a 20-foot high berm at the north end. Parsons Gun Club offers:
- •100 Yard Range with covered shooting benches for precision rifle shooting
- •50 Yard Range with covered shooting benches for mid-range accuracy work
- •Pistol and Rimfire Range featuring steel plate racks and a covered building for handgun and .22 caliber shooting
- •Multi-Use 50 Yard Range configured for flexible target stands and various shooting applications
- •Archery Range on the east side of the property
The club welcomes rifle, pistol, shotgun, and archery enthusiasts. Membership provides access to regular practice shoots and organized events. The facility is leased from the City of Parsons, ensuring stability and community integration. Weekly practice shoots are held regularly, with events posted on the club's website.
